Terms Of Use of HealthBeats™ Website And Platform

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1. Access to any area of HealthBeats™ website at www.healthbeats.co ("Website") and any HealthBeats™ social media and networking platform (“Social Media Platform”) is governed by the terms of use stated here ("Terms"), as well as the applicable rules and policies of the Social Media Platform provider or operator from whose site you access the Social Media Platform. The “Website” and “Social Media Platform” are collectively known as the “Website and Platform”. If you do not accept any of these Terms, you should exit or discontinue access to the Website and Platform immediately. Continue only if you accept these Terms.

1.2. In these Terms, the words “HealthBeats”, “us”, "we" and "our" refers to HealthBeats Pte. Ltd. and/or its subsidiaries, and a reference to 'including' or 'for example' means including, or for example, without limitation..

We make no warranty and assume no liability of any kind with respect to these third-party products, services and/or properties.

While we endeavour to ensure integrity and accuracy in the content and information presented on the Website and Platform, we cannot provide any warranty or guarantee (whether express or implied) and hereby disclaim all liabilities to the fullest extent permissible under the law, as to the correctness, veracity, accuracy, completeness, format, currency or any other aspects of the content and information contained on the Website and Platform.
